Hi from radioman :   Ian Punnett thinks I'm a hacker. And he's not alone ... For the record, I'm not a computer hacker,  but have worked as a programmer and Webmaster over the years. No real computer hacker has ever admitted to it publicly, for good reasons. While I have used some 'tools' on occasion, psychic ability works far better than any hacking exploits in finding 'the good stuff' ...

Having worked as a Press Photographer/Reporter for two newspapers in the San Francisco Bay Area, I suppose I qualify as a reporter, as I had actual 'press plates' on my car at that time. Over the years I've worked in Graphics, Computers, Recording Studio Engineering, Electronics Circuit Design, Photograpy and Theater/Film Arts. At my advanced age, I think of myself as an Investigative Reporter, and at the very least, have been collecting information for the Internet since 1995.

Originally I began to 'publish' my Internet 'bookmarks', as the Berkeley Public Library did, which evolved, since 1995, into the general resources for Search Engines, Meta-Search Engines, and Directories. After the first 600 links, I added several hundred 'Paranormal' links, a lifelong research interest, along with many 'Private Investigator' links for the do-it-yourself enthusiast. I always had the 'espionage' theme to my 'collection', but only in recent years, with heavy website monitoring from the CIA/NSA, Pentagon NATO, and Foreign Intel ( like Hungary, Canada, England, and Israel ) did the current form take shape. Today with nearly 2000 links, and some 985pps of text and documents, psychicspy.com is finally beginning to be that resource I envisioned some years ago - it just takes a lot of time ...

Using psychic abilities, along with the training I received from Major Ed Dames in Remote Viewing, I've focused on finding the rare non-public info ranging from restricted/For Official Use Only/CLASSIFIED that does still exist on Military/Government servers, with much of it being removed as soon as I link to it, despite it existing for years, in some cases, only to be moved or removed because I've found it. A great deal of this sometimes interesting info, mostly in bits and pieces, residing on it's origional servers is still OUT THERE, and the 'psychic filter' allows me to save 98% of the usual search time among the unlisted servers, like FTP.  The CIA now uses remote LOGIN for field agents to send in intelligence reports, via the Internet, replacing the older Short Wave Radio system.

As a ham radio operator, I know that the Digital Age has made for some very careless use of aspects of the 'Net to transmit and share files that you and I should never see. Glenn Wheaton, from the Hawaii Remote Viewers' Guild, among other former Military Intelligence Analysts have told me I'm doing a very good job, and some members of the Intelligence Community, who have contacted me, have verified that the 'trash bins' and unlisted file servers on the 'Net contain age old 'details' not unlike what they themselves do today ...

I've met some interesting people, like Peter Moon ( the Montauk Books ) through the Internet, and some of what is sent to me could involve me in some International Intrigue, should I ever publish any of it. That PSIA list of agents in Japan, among them ...

Over the next few months, there will be more 'bits and pieces' for YOU to assemble - news from the spy-side of the data - remember THEY are watching ...

The SPYder Web News
13 JUN 01

It's probably the best use of this new column to have some breaking stories. I'll be away for a couple days on an Indian Reservation, so here's an update a bit early ...

Post-to-Post BBS Gone ?

Keith has given up on BBSs - have you ? I sure haven't and if the usage at www.fantasticforum.com  is any indication then neither have YOU ! Keith's 'goodbye' message is pure fiction, since my Sister-in-Law who works at Beliefnet.com has told me many stories that convinced me that a BBS message forum IS viable, manageable, and can bring in ad revenues as well ... if Art Bell has given up too, then he's never been to www.beliefnet.com  either - sorry Keith, a 'miss' here.

Here is a typical reaction letter about the McVeigh story, which only adds more doubt in my mind that the bomber 'acted alone':

"The Federal Government amassed voluminous amounts of evidence showing that many other individuals, in addition to Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, were involved in the implementation of the bombing. John Doe numbers' 1, 2 and even 3 are quite real. McVeigh was at LEAST a quarter mile away when the explosives where being set (a military/government bomb developed in the labs at Palo Alto, Calif, by Government scientists), by Andres Straussmeier, an under cover ATF agent now living in Dublin, and two of the "dark, swarthy" individuals, Afghan terrorist's, described by at least 12 witnesses. McVeigh was actually driving away from the blast area when the building was imploded (yes, that's correct, imploded. Not exploded.). He was probably 4-5 miles away at the time of the blast. His rear license plate had been removed by Straussmeier and a description of him, and the vehicle called into the Highway patrol and OKC police as a possible bombing suspect BEFORE the detonation!

And of course there are those "little ole' overlooked facts" of little or no sulphuric content found at the blast site (meaning it was NOT a fertilizer bomb); the fact that the building was imploded, not exploded, clearly indicating an internally planted bomb on key intra-support structures for the building, causing said support structures to be blown inwards towards each other, causing the building to basically "fold in" on itself..." so says the anonymous e-mail ...

I visited Oklahoma City the weekend before the Federal Building was demolished, amidst the sea of visitors who saw the remains and the totally bombed-out neighborhood - the destroyed news- paper office, with generators and power cables behind the old building running outside into the windows so the office could operate, along with what was hundreds of blown-out windows, some 4 blocks away, clearly more than what was covered by any television news - tens of thousands made that pilgrimage, and we have yet to hear the full story about most of it ...

In future articles, I will talk about Dane Spott's case with the Federal Trade Commission over "The Learning Machine", a CD Player -w-headphones fraudulently sold - lets hope Psi-Tech's new CEO follows the 'real Remote Viewing', and not some marketing plan ...

Future topics include, the Real History of Remote Viewing, Naval Research Lab Projects, the Zeuss Stealth Ship, the CIA's role in the designer-virus AIDS, and lots more ... stay tuned !

Here's a story about WACO - enjoy !

I was on a chat-room discussing general things last Saturday and someone named "TwoKnives" dropped in. He knew the lady I was talking to, and had been following our 'psychic' conversation for a while. It had been discussed that I had registered my website as a 'news service' and had added Ordained Minister to my credentials, as the topic had centered on psychics and law enforcement that day.

My friend and I were quite absorbed in the topic, and I was giving her a 'reading' over the internet when 'TwoKnives' said hello ... Being in a 'reading state of mind', I was aware that he wanted to say something. I sensed a familiarity, and he told me that he was a minister as well. My friend left after telling me that I used the chat-room as an excuse, and I wasn't there to 'spread gossip', but to 'find direction', and other spiritual purposes, under the guise of 'chat'.

TwoKnives answered that he would again be working on rebuilding the church this weekend. He seemed to want some reaction from me. I told him that I wasn't aware of his project, nor did I know where his website was.

We exchanged website URLs and knowing my chat program would save that web address, I told him I'd look at it later on. I sensed that he wanted a 'reading', so I began ...

I told him I saw a 'community center' rather than a church. He assured me that it actually WAS a church they were rebuilding. I added that it either would be a 'focal point for the community' a 'meeting place' and more than just a traditional church. He seemed pleased, but offered no details.

I added that he was discouraged lately. He agreed, and I said that 'soon' that there would be a great deal of interest in his church. He said that the town was 'gone', and the only remaining building was part of this church, so they were rebuilding it from there. I said that I lived in a remote part of Oregon, and I could sympathize with small local 'projects'. Again, he added nothing. Seemed 'TwoKnives' might be a Native American, but I would be just guessing from his 'handle'. I went on to assure him that there would be great interest in this re- built church, from people OUTSIDE his local community, and that in addition there would be outside funds becoming available too. He seemed more encouraged, and admitted that working on the construction was somewhat depressing without too many 'helpers' and supplies. I again 'saw' quite clearly, a 'community center', a 'focal point' for those who live near there, and that something good would result from all their efforts – and they would not be unappreciated.

Later I checked out the website:

http://skyhouse/home.texas.net/waco.html

I was very surprised to see that the site of this rebuilt church, is the Davidian property, in Waco, Texas, and the photos nearly show his description that 'nothing remained' of the town, just part of the church building. It was THE place destroyed in WACO, TX that we all saw on TV news after the tragedy ... the news item is that the church, and the town there are being rebuilt, with donations from around the world, according to their website. Small world ..."

 Montauk Project / Philadelphia Experiment

Much has been said about both the Montauk Project and the Philadelphia Experiment, and the Internet has a lot to say as well ... The website started, mainly because of the Montauk Project back in 1995, as the result of my dial-up Bear BBS in Portland, OR and the Montauk Books ( Nichols/Moon ) . As PSYCHICSPY.COM, the goals are still the same, to uncover information about these, and other mysteries . We now have more information than ever before . I've met both 'Chica' and Peter since then, via the 'Net, and the last two books I've read are 'The Philadelphia Experiment Murders' by Alexandra Bruce / Peter Moon and 'The Music of Time' by Preston Nichols / Peter Moon . Here's a bit about the Montauk Project from Alexandra Bruce :

"You've got to love a story that is stranger than any fiction but claims to be the God's honest truth. What could be more fabulously outrageous than the idea that your tax dollars have subsidized the demented experiments of an evil cabal of Navy brass, CIA shrinks, fugitive Nazis and Reptoid ETs? What could be more fantastic than the vision of them pow wowing together for a little high-tech, tantric voodoo? How very spicy, that this panoply of government geeks and their alien pals fired up interdimensional vortexes by means of a buff, naked dude who was jacked into a psychotronic chair -- while sporting a raging boner! "

"Now, THAT'S entertainment. Laugh while you can, Monkey Boy but things will never be the same: They say the universe we call home is artificial; a mirror world that split off from the Original Universe when the Montauk Project started to go awry in the late 1970s. Pondering the veracity of these claims precipitates a lively debate in one's head about the all-too-real implications of Quantum Mechanics, the Many Worlds Interpretation and Observer Created Reality. These are the current cutting edge scientific explanations for how reality works, with mathematical theorems and particle accelerator experiments that have seemingly proven them. Indeed, tests of these theories are presently being conducted at the very same Brookhaven National Lab cyclotron said by Montauk Project survivors to have generated the gigawatts needed for the nearby Camp Hero time travel and mind control experiments."

"The Many Worlds Interpretation is an application of the subatomic theorems of Quantum Mechanics to the larger, more familiar scale of matter that we call "reality". The MWI posits that every possibility in reality IS happening. "We" (down to the smallest subatomic particle) are all perceiving and creating infinite parallel universes, constantly.

Montaukians and the MWI agree that we each have myriad versions of ourselves simultaneously existing in an endless "smear" of parallel worlds, locked into similar time-track illusions but with slightly different variables, extending infinitely. The essence of the Quantum Theory of Observer Created Reality is that there is no such thing as an OBJECTIVE reality "out there": it's all in our heads. Everything is consciousness. One begins to see why time travel and mind control experiments would go hand-in-hand... "

"Though the Montauk Project ceased in the 1983 of our timeline, it is said to be fully operational in numerous parallel worlds. These activities occasionally bleed through into our reality and there is talk about alternate Montaukian timelines threatening to collapse into and merge with ours, entirely. (Whatever THAT really means!) You had to be there!"

"If you like weird science, look no further. The Montauk Project is one-stop shopping for every conspiracy theory imaginable, electro-physics-psychobabble, mind control, Pleiadians, Greys, the New World Order, Black Magick, closet queens and Delta Force operatives being sent back in time to scam Jesus or change the outcome of World War II. Experiencers swear on their lives that it all really happened. They remember it like it was yesterday (or six thousand years in the future). Philosophers ask, "If a tree fell in the forest and nobody was there to see it, did it really happen?" The Montaukian corollary is: "If you believe you went to Mars, who's to say you didn't?" Whatever you may believe about the mental health of the Montauk Project's proponents and whatever core beliefs you may hold dear that are violated by what they discuss, you've got to love them for getting you to think about reality, consciousness and untapped human potentials in a whole new way."

"The chief benefit from the study of the nuclear-age pop cult homily of Montauk is this: Everything you can imagine is true, so choose your thoughts thoughtfully, choose your beliefs carefully and choose your REALITY wisely . . . "

View raw unedited video footage and indepth interviews, read articles and transcripts, and visit specially selected paranormal resources. Highly recommended! Dear Radioman,

Wow! that's one intense site you got there! Please feel free to link to my site:
http://www.chica.bruce.net

Be sure to check out the RealTV footage of Camp Hero posted there that we shot in July 2000.  It includes an extensive survey of one of the huge underground bunkers located there (dubbed "The Boys' Bunker" by K.B. Wells and others) and the "LSD Rooms".

Many of those buildings have since been torn down and the place is now fully patrolled (I was stopped this past January while giving a tour to a reporter).  It is literally impossible now to get that kind of footage.

Best regards - -

Chica

John Quinn spent a great deal of time there interviewing people, and I have a huge volume of his work, as well as articles about Montauk, and the Philadelphia Experiment, on-line at PSYCHICSPY.COM - even though the amount of 'data' on Montauk is relatively short online, all the books of the Montauk Series ( see the Sky Books link ) along with Peter Moon's newsletter will fill in all the gaps - an amazing, never-ending story that, like time itself, keeps unfolding ---

Cyber-Law and Psychic Ability pt1

I am sending along this article as background material. I am currently working on several new articles, in various states of completion. To finish out 'where I'm coming from', here is a compilation article I wrote for Donna, containing some of my best personal experience psychic stories. After this, there will be no doubt as to my own psychic ability, and why I'm writing on the true history of Remote Viewing, among other topics ... First a few comments on a new mail order 'scam' ...

A lobby organization, who claims to represent Microsoft, Adobe, Apple and Symantec, among others, is contacting local business with 'scare tactics' marketing about 'unlicensed software'. While I don't doubt the problem exists, it is more with 'other sectors', rather than the business community. For years, I have YET to see any software, including downloads, that DOESN'T have a 'licensing agreement' contained with it, and even Apple Quick Time, and the Limited Edition of Adobe Photoshop have registration numbers/ online agreements even as part of other vendor's CDs. So exactly where is this bootleg software ? Older shareware for Windows 3.1x/95 have ads to send the author $20 ( who may be long gone ), so I'm having trouble believing that there are any real 'members' in this Business Software Alliance group - perhaps it's an insurance scam ... stay tuned ...

The following article describes my psychic abilities, including psychometry, and ties to organizations for remote viewing, and Police/Private Investigator's groups - it was the background piece sent to Peter Weissbach for my Quest interview ...

INTRODUCTION :

Since my 'quest' started 11 years ago at one of the East-West Bookshops, followed by posted flyers, classes, and ultimately meeting other psychics - I understand the value of books, and am grateful for all those who have provided me with food for thought, but at this time, with the Internet so available, I have no real desire to publish anything, despite some 985 pps of text and some 1969 links on my website (PSYCHICSPY.COM), nor am I selling books, tapes, videos, classes, seminars, or lectures - for the last 7 years I've been keeping a web 'journal' of my journey so that others might be inspired to do the same ...

Remote Viewing is a small part of something older, Remote Sensing and even Reverse Speech is 'Remote Hearing', or Clairaudient Psychic Ability - and Medical Diagnosis, NUMBERS, even the Internet and searches can be done by psychic means, despite what Ed Dames and others say ... Joe McMoneagle was the closest with his 'future time shifting'/higher self theory - it has worked for me for the last seven years ...

ORIGINAL ARTICLE :

I have been asked to share some of my experiences about psychic ability. I firmly believe that it is something that we all have in our lives. It's been a lifelong ability for me, one that I've only come to accept recently. As they say at the Berkeley Psychic Institute, "You are not crazy, you're just psychic !"

Today I am a Reiki Master (III) an Ordained Minister. I have told some of these personal stories on the Internet before today. I created the website PSYCHICSPY.COM, and have been using psychic abilities to 'find' things for my News Service. My long newsletter says that about 5% luck, 20% psychic ability, 25% tools and 50% perseverance account for my success so far. I won't discuss what I do on my site other than to say that Donna Quinn and I have been friends for some years, and in addition to some 1700+ links on my site, Donna and I became acquainted at the time 'Strange Universe' aired, and I was adding hundreds of 'paranormal' links to my site. I am an independent researcher, and a former electronics technician. Donna and I were both interested in Reverse Speech back then ...

Looking back, it's odd to some that I've 'recently' become interested in the Paranormal. Many know me from the Internet Resources I've collected, or from my background in radio, electronics, or the press. Usually I end up defending my interests with skeptics on the 'Net and some think I've spent so much time researching the Remote Viewing area that I now 'think' I'm psychic ;-)

Major Ed Dames once said, " ... A head shrink (he was hired as a consultant) at CIA was tasked to study my military team, looking for those criteria that 'make the best remote viewer' (CIA was very covetous of the Army unit (Project Stargate, et all) in the early days but, for political reasons, could not have its own, until virtually nothing was left of the operational unit -- then it got the scraps). After batteries and batteries of tests, the bottom line: there are no key recognizable selection criteria. ( for remote viewers ) "

While I now believe that we all ALL psychic, early on in my life I recognized that I had the 'gift' then, but was in total denial, to the point of 'receiving' psychic warnings, totally ignoring them, even to the point of doing the opposite, then experiencing the results.

My mom was the neighborhood version of 'Jeanne Dixon'. A good Catholic, she had 'inherited' the psychic abilities from her family, and was well known locally for giving 'advice'. This actually did escalate to the point of a Jesuit priest being sent to investigate her abilities, including 'automatic writing', where she would channel the 'Old Testament', in massive channeling sessions.

While NONE of her text ever differed even slightly in meaning from anything in the Bible, particularly the Old Testament, yet word-for-word wise none of what she wrote, in the manner that she wrote it, was ever IN the Bible either. It was as if she was receiving 'dictation', as dizzying speeds, usually with tears in her eye, writing feverously, sometimes on the table as opposed to fresh paper, followed by the phrase, “Well, what did I write ?" Sometimes it was hard to make out the exact words, but it was clear to me at an early age that she had no knowledge of what she had just written !

A Jesuit priest was sent to investigate her abilities. While he could not disprove that which he had himself been a witness to, he was reluctant to file the official paperwork on his results. He ended up taking a leave, and followed up by leaving the Church. Mainly due to some personal conflicts in his field, the issue of having to 'debunk' my mother's abilities proved 'too much' to ask, and he later thanked us for helping him make his choice, indirectly, and coming to terms with his own faith !

While it's true that I never showed any signs of doing 'automatic writing', I did show signs eventually of clairvoyance, clairaudience, psi & general ESP, and telekinesis as a child - which may have made my mother happy, but caused me great pain and conflict growing up with my interest in Science and Engineering, and not wanting to be particularly 'special' in any way.

Since I tried for most of my life to suppress these 'abilities', I have no idea how far I'd have come by now if I had only been more open to all of it. So suppress, I did, despite many 'psychic warnings' and precognitions into my early '20s at regular intervals. At age 36 I had an early 'mid-life crisis' where I was moving to another State, where no one knew me, or had even heard of my family, and I realized that I could re-invent my past and never let on anything about psychic ability if I wanted to.

Of course the experiences continue to this day, and I decided about 10 years ago to accept the 'gift', and try to develop it further, which has in fact caused some of the hardships my mother went through. In my case, some local ridicule where I now live, and having been made an active suspect in a local FBI investigation for a day after some of the psychic information I offered in a missing child/murder case here was verified some 72 hours later after the FBI followed other leads to the body of the missing child. If anyone wants to read more about the incident, there is a lot more on my website specifically about this case.

I mention this as part of INTENT, which seems to be the first and primary 'activator' of psychic ability. In this example, the whole town was trying to find the girl, and I was a former member of the local Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue Unit - seeing some of my friends canvass the neighborhoods, as well as the entire town, there was a lot of interest and INTENT in finding the girl then. I had made a statement, which included some help of another one of the remote viewers from the Internet. P. Hopkins, in Canada helped me do another 'session' to recover even more data about the missing girl before I went 'public' with what I had.

I wanted to have some corroborating evidence/data from a second viewer, who I contacted through the Psi-Tech Chat Room, who helped me greatly understand what I was 'getting'. My wife independently received additional info, as a psychic herself, and warned me that the girl had been recently deceased, and confused about what had happened to her. I only offered what little I had, and, yes - she had met with foul play and was deceased ! The girl's spirit was so strong and clear that I now have some feedback as to what to 'look for' when trying to determine whether a spirit is 'alive' in a body, or not.

Feedback sessions played a major role in training Military Remote Viewers, and as a newcomer to some of this, I'm still learning. As Joe McMoneagle said, the data is usually correct - how we choose to interpret it is what gives the psychic a bad name !

In summary, some of my worst fears have been realized, and this outcome shows why being an 'out of the closet' psychic can be undesirable, and why I suppressed the ability for so long. The good news, as explained in McMoneagle's MIND TREK diary, is that there are possibilities for good, too, and you should try to develop YOUR ability, with less worry about what 'other's will say', or 'think'. Again, we ALL have these natural abilities to some degree, and it's quite 'impossible' to 'turn it off' completely, as I had tried to do for so long ...

Today I am in contact with a national organization made up of Police and Private Investigators who do their psychic investigations for free, as a public service. I met recently someone who did psychic investigation for the Hayward Police Department in California, in the San Francisco Bay Area, who's only qualifications were classes we had both taken at the Berkeley Psychic Institute to develop our general abilities, not specific to missing persons ...

I also had realized that I have the additional ability, or natural talent for psychometry : sensing information from a person's object, such as a ring, while taking classes at the Berkeley Psychic Institute. Usually I get more information about the artist who made the jewelry than who recently wore it, sometimes to the extent of the actual artist her/himself, the artist's tools, studio environment, even an abusive spouse ... but that's another story.

Suffice it to say that my abilities went far beyond any classes/training I've ever had, and the ability to relax, focus, ground and run 'energy', and 'open' one's mind to 'input', in a meditative framework is all that you might ever be taught. The psychic abilities, if positive, focused, and with INTENT, will follow afterward, and may just surprise you !

As a licensed/bonded Locksmith, I realize that lock picking is a good practice exercise for one's telekinesis abilities, in that concentrating 'too hard', stressing, or following a 'system' will result in failure -vs- visualizing the lock is 'already open', smooth, flowing, and effortless. Meditation will quiet your mind from thoughts and worries, INTENT will open the door to real 'input' data, and impatience, frustration, thoughts of 'silliness', as well as skepticism will cause the 'door' to close, and you to fail each and every time !

The road to developing the Psi talents we all have is long. There is much help from people on the Internet like Ellie Crystal, and Joni Dourif from Psi-Tech. The networking use of the Internet alone ( forums, chat rooms, e-mail, etc ) may save you hours of searching writings like Edgar Cayce, or the Theosophical Society, and hopefully website like mine, at www.psychicspy.com may save you years of pinpointing resources on the Net as well.

After the last ten years, I have no real regrets, although having done national talk-show radio interviews, I'd prefer to remain out of the spotlight these days, and teach and pass on what little I've found learned, and accumulated so far. The truth IS out there, but the drawback is that you have to want to look ... INTENT - there's that word again ... Here are some more recent stories of mine, and hopefully you will be excited enough to try some of these things for yourself ... OR you can be afraid and say, "this might not be for everyone ... ". Indeed ...

Psychic Medical Diagnosis : I had the opportunity to do a 'psychic reading' on my dentist. There I was, in the chair getting worked on, under mild anesthesia, feeling great, and relaxed, and looking at 'why' he has chronic neck 'pain'. Knowing that his MD hasn't any answers, neither has a chiropractor, and he's tried massage, and was inquiring to me about acupuncture, it appeared to be a chronic stress/work related 'thing'. He grilled me about the benefits of some different approaches to pain management, like acupuncture, and I realized he's nearly ready to 'try anything' - and - he gave the needed 'permission' to find an answer.

After looking at the situation, the clear psychic medical impressions, as to the root CAUSE of the recurring pain, was : "The neck pain is resulting from work-induced posture problem caused by a PERCEIVED vision problem, not an ACTUAL vision problem ..." After he recovered from the shock at seeing his real 'picture', he admitted that new dentistry techniques has him 'scrambling' to always 'see' better while he works. The added mental focus on 'seeing', as well as his posture straining needs to be helped and corrected at the source - exactly how he chooses to do his work. If done without the worry at the lack of 'seeing', the posture WILL improve and pain disappear ... it's as simple as that. He had been to many professionals, but none had correctly been able to define the problem, or offer a suggestion as to a 'cure' ...

Is the psychic ability a 'time shift'? Here's a reply I made on a forum about Joe McMoneagle's theory about 'time-shifting' and Remote Viewing. I've been digging deeply into the history of RV'ing , and am currently a TRV student of Major Ed Dames program at Psi_Tech ( ex -DIA STARGATE Program ). Some of my success at finding the things that 'cannot be found' results from luck, intuition, Winsock tools, and Programmer's Techniques.

When using Search Engines, I have found a way to reduce, by psychic means, the huge number of results to a few critical ones worth investigating. I contend that 'Psychic Surfing' is an offshoot of Remote Viewing, and Remote Sensing, and the whole Time-Shifting idea of McMoneagles makes a great deal of sense, as much as external spirit guides who pass on information as well. Joe McMoneagle suspected he was doing a 'future time' shift, and that he says accounts for his abilities.

In MIND TREK, his book, he even gave a few examples of how he did time-shifted Remote Viewing outside the protocols, and was 100% accurate, but in the wrong 'time'. I tend to agree with that - our 'Higher Self', seems to 'light up' with a DeJaVu excitement when we first find something seemingly meaningless. I do that with hundreds of Search Engine results on the 'Net. I 'see' one or two items, at first meaningless and ordinary, that I somehow 'know' later on, in time, will be quite a find for my website. I used to do those last, now I do them first and save looking at the other 98 links for every hundred search results, because I know that, in some future time, that I will be excited about that 'find', even though at-the-time it's seemingly random and meaningless.

McMoneagle uses that very approach as a professional Juror Selector too. Like looking for the one CD on the shelf that 'glows' brighter than all the others - the 'finds' can actually jump out at you, and McMoneagle seems to have had that ability to slightly 'time shift' before ANY of his remote viewing training !

Keep in mind here I'm talking about a 'gestalt', or general impression, or DeJaVu. While I get audible and visual 'data' sometime in this case it's a 'yes/no' pick on a total 'direction', whack makes zero sense if I had to justify why I picked this over that ... Joe McMoneagle goes on to talk about the 'higher self', or 'soul' as the source of all this. It's possible that 'we' are telling ourselves things in the past, or from a greater 'dimension'. Yet this doesn't need to exclude God, Angels, or Spirit Guides either. There are 'many voices' out there. Some are easier to 'hear' than others ...

Remote Viewing Richard C. Hoagland : Tue Mar 9 14:34:12

Here's an example, like the missing child case, where INTENT, and the focus of hundreds of people simultaneously helped ...

"Last night ( Monday ) I heard the announcement on Art Bell's show , and promptly turned the radio off to pursue a new 'remote sensing' session - data follows : "I saw Richard in a special area as of 3/8/99 around 10:30 PM PST. It was not a room, nor an ICU ward. It appeared to be a surgical prep area. (?) Richard was on a gurney, with some life support, most noticeably a nasal tube. The area was small and cramped. There was a large white dividing curtain, as if a small 'holding area'.

He was not conscious, perhaps under anesthesia, or comatose. He was NOT deceased, but low life signs. The scene did not reflect massive life-support machinery. His medical chart had a paper in the front. All I could 'view' was TOXICOLOGY REPORT ... I could not glean any more details."

"According to the website, surgery was planned for today. I believe that is not the case. I believe emergency surgery began last night, as the only explanation I could achieve for what I 'saw'. Again, he was still alive at that time. I believe details since last night are being withheld. As in the case of the missing girl, it seems more is going on than we are told."

"I'll leave it at that. I was told by a medical source this morning that a toxicology report is standard procedure right before surgery. It does not necessarily imply any sinister 'conspiracies' as to introduced 'toxins' that may have caused a heart attack ... " "In all fairness, it was probably a test to evaluate any possible allergic reactions to anesthesia, or other elements to be introduced. Conclusions are, that surgery has likely already taken place as of last night, and he didn't look too good."

In another story, here's an example of what happened in my own childhood. Usually it was something like not going out, because of an ambulance was going to pass by in 5 minutes, or hesitating because a long-distance phone call was coming in a few minutes, etc. What follows here is a recent experience which was a quite useful kind of
a 'warning' I was not expecting :

"Two days ago, while parked in front of the Post Office, I heard a 'voice'. (NOTE : I have a lifelong record of clairvoyance, clairaudient ability ...) The voice said : "Don't get into the car ...". I turned around, after hearing that so clearly, to who might have been standing behind me. There was no one there ... again, "Don't get into the car ..." "This time, with no one around, I recognized the voice as my own, inside my head, same as you might experience when reading something to yourself, quietly, not aloud - the 'imaginary' voice we all have inside our heads, usually in our own speaking voice.

My reaction ... ahh, bologna ! I continued fumbling around pockets for the keys, and

thinking, oh well ... wonder where that came from ... Then I 'heard' : "Don't get into the car ..." . Why I think ? then, came the only thing that I would respect then, an explanation, "The car WILL be hit ..." "from behind", and "there will be NO damage ..." "Weird - not my usual psychic abilities, nor a spirit guide, but a warning nonetheless. Time for all this : less than a minute.

I looked around, hesitating, expecting to see a racing car from around the corner. I even had time to walk halfway to the corner and look ... I'm on the sidewalk ... nothing, and no one moving when I began to notice that about ten feet behind me, as I had stood next to the car door again, there is a little old lady in her small station wagon. She is trying to start her engine ... her car is now 'drifting' forwards - this is it, I suppose. She has her head between her knees ... is she ill ? Did she drop her keys ? Her car starts ... good, I think - brakes don't work without power, usually these days. She continues to drift forward ... I try to wave my arms, get her attention - collision imminent, even at 0.5 MPH. She looks up a couple times, keeps drifting forward nearly a car length now. Do I yell ? She seems unresponsive. I look around, no pedestrians." "I have the time to actually jump in the Jeep, start it and drive off - she'll just hit the car in front of me ... her speed is gradually increasing.

What do I do ? Thank God I'm not at the rear hatch, between the two vehicles. I'm watching the area for passing pedestrians, wanting to 'warn' anyone else crossing to not be behind the vehicle that I'm still standing next to. Time seems incredibly slow in passing, as if I'm in a sort of 'hyper-time', where I think 10 minutes has passed, but only a minute or two, at the most, has elapsed ... I then consider that my knocking on her windshield, as a warning - unfortunately a bad idea, since she might actually become startled and perhaps hit the gas pedal - that would be worse ! This is it ... seconds slowly moving that seem like hours, her car drifting, drifting, then ... bam !

Yes, the car was hit, from behind, and, yes there was NO damage at all. She 'woke' up, startled ... I checked both bumpers - nothing. The transmission of the Jeep, in park, was undamaged ... she apologized profusely. I'm glad no damage was done and no one was hurt. Also glad I avoided the 'jarring' I would have had if I had been behind the wheel ..."

"There you have it ... could I have done anything differently ? Don't think so. She was in good 'command' of her vehicle as she drove away, and I left also to go to the office ...still ... When you get a message - a psychic one, what do you do ? After a lifetime of deliberately ignoring them, and then seeing the consequences, I have taken all of them quite seriously for the past 10 years or so, and pursued psychic training via the Berkeley Psychic Institute, among other places.

Could it be my 'higher self' ? Angels ? Guides ? Myself in the future - as McMoneagle says ? Perhaps - but to ignore warnings is criminal. We all get them, some from dreams, some 'visual', some 'audible', some just 'knowing' ... PLEASE keep an open mind - the Universe just might have a message for YOU !"

As a final story, the "Psychic '50s Drive In": I was traveling past Hood River, Oregon, and caught sight of an old, original '50s type "Drive In" Diner, so old in fact, it may have been built way back in the late 1940's. We had stopped at a rest room, and I was looking at this old Diner, and in particularly, it's large sign pillar. I commented that the name had been changed from the original. "Why?", she said ... "See the shape, it's large, like a Bob's Big Boy, or a Dairy Queen - the lettering, while old, doesn't fill up the entire sign width.", I said. "Want to eat there ?", she said, knowing that I was having some sort of psychic experience about this place across the street. "Sure", I said.

We parked next to it, and entered the diner. As we approached the front counter, something was 'wrong'. We sat and were handed menus. The place was clean, repainted several times, but it was obvious it was originally there a long time - a working diner, not a 'restoration project', or a re-creation of a bygone era. Again, I felt 'funny' sitting there at the counter, and she said, "Do you get any impressions from being in here ?". I was getting many, which is odd because I never 'do' that sort of thing, but flooding in was a lot of information, and I really wasn't sure of the current day, or even the year.

She was enjoying my situation, and said to relax and try to deliberately do a 'reading', and 'see what I get ..." Well, a lot of things, perhaps real, past time, or imagined flooded through, but I had to ask about the counter. It was an "L" shape, with the main section running lengthwise, and the turned part, where we were sitting, at a 90% angle. "I don't think we should be sitting here", I said. "Why", she asked. "Because I feel that this counter shouldn't be 'here' ", I replied. After being served our burger and fries, I asked about the 'floor plan'. The waitress, who had been there years said that, yes, the place had been remodeled, but many years ago.

By now we seemed to be drawing a small crowd of employees. I asked if this counter was 'new'. "It was added in the '60s during a major remodel", the waitress said. I told her that originally the counter had stopped where it turned, and that we were eating in the kitchen area a place where we 'weren't supposed to be'. "What was here ?", she asked. "A large fridge was here in this corner, next to a smaller type of refrigerated cabinet, like a pie shelf, display food storage area", I said, wondering if she thought that I had been there many years ago. Never having been there, she asked, "what else ?" I said that there was an electrical box under this new additional counter, in the corner where the Fridge plugged in ... "This counter", she said, "was added back in that '60's remodel to make more customer space". "If you look carefully at this counter top, it doesn't exactly match the red color of the original counter there", she added. I hadn't noticed, but was relieved that the counter we were sitting at 'wasn't there before !

We mentioned that I was an 'amateur psychic', which fairly ended the talk about the restaurant, with more food orders waiting. I really began to look and saw that the backs of appliances were facing me, and that the original entrance was on the other side, and the table and the counter areas were added to a smaller building even earlier.

My own impressions seemed 'on target' so far. Later on I was able to visualize someone named 'Tony', who was a daily visitor who was later offered a job there, either as a janitor, part time cook, or something. It seemed that everyone liked Tony, and it was a '50s hangout, complete with a working Juke Box and all. 'Tony', as I think he was called, had always parked in the other lot, in the second parking space. That was 'his' parking space, and no one else ever parked there when he wasn't there. Tony was a few years older than High School age of most of the patrons back in the '50s that I was seeing. His car was especially a 'prize' - a converted Model A 'Street Rod', with a custom engine, quite valuable even then.

Usually some of the other 'Rods' parked near or next to his car, from the second space from the end down towards the middle, in the front. I never saw who the number one space did belong to, but I think Tony, out of respect for the diner owner, never wanted to park there, so I saw it as vacant, with the rest of the odd 'pecking order' of frequent cars, most of them not 'hot rods' parking further down the lot. It was clear many thought of this as 'Tony's Place', but I had no particular impressions if he ever became an owner later on, or had moved away. It was as if I was viewing one day in past time, and the impressions of the guys and gals who frequented the hang-out. Remember that 'Tony' was one of the draws here, and while I can't rule-out some 'past life' information, I did get such strong and vivid impressions, it almost seemed like memories, yet I was a very young child in the early '50s, so it wasn't any of "my" memories, I am sure of.

The more I tried to 'fill in the blanks', the more impressions that I got. It differed from an old episode of "Happy Days', in that it was 'real', not stylized, and that items like the 'number two parking space', the electrical box, and fridge, etc. could not have been taken from an observation of a remodeled sign, or a 'newer' counter that didn't match the original color. While the story about 'Tony' could have been imaginary, I can usually tell if my thoughts begin to follow a Hollywood script, or constantly surprise me with things I am 'not thinking about' at the time ...

Remember my initial impressions are what started all of this embarrassment for me, and while I'm sure I was just another of a long line of 'entertaining customers' in the restaurant's history, I felt quite sure of the information at the time. Upon leaving, all literally returned to normal, and I left whatever 'time warp' I may have entered even momentarily.

On my website, there is a similar story about a short three day visit to Sedona, AZ, and how years later I compared some of what I sensed to what another couple had experienced there too. These things seem to come 'without asking', and are vivid.

Usually my INTENT is what decides if it's just a passing DejaVu thought, or there is a 'flooding' of information that follows. Time seems to change it's 'running', and I seem to 'know' when something important is 'up'. In the case of the Diner, yes, it's still there today, and the more of these experiences I have, the more I realize that the impressions that are the most 'vivid' may involve deceased spirits, or those no longer 'here' in present time. I believe the 'spirit' of Tony might actually be haunting that Diner, and I'd bet that others get similar information to what I 'received' as well ... I hope these stories will be a source of encouragement to you to 'try' your own natural abilities, to begin to experiment, and develop. If nothing else, it may help calm any fears you may have had in your lifetime with things that seem to be 'unexplained' ...

In closing, I should mention that a lot of education is now available through the Internet. Dozens of Remote Viewing Schools, classes from various psychic disciplines, and even on-line psychic readings and tarot card readings too. Software exists to test for PSI and ESP, in predicting future events from truly random selections. And don't forget all that research from Russian ESP/Parapsychology in the '70's, through Project Stargate and the latest in university research. Don't forget networking, chat rooms, e-mail, and some newsletters too. In this time of the 'New Age', it's as easy to get free psychic training as to find satellite photos of Area 51 - it's all out there on YOUR internet. Don't overlook that unusual person in your town as well - the are still hundreds of stories which never get told, printed, or placed on the Internet. All of us have some built in ESP, hunches, and 'vibes' ... the good news is that we are all psychic too !

Cyber-Law and Psychic Ability pt3

ARTICLE UPDATE :

Here are two more recent stories in the continuing journal of psychic experiences ...

On Waco, Texas :

I was on a chat-room discussing general things last Saturday, and someone named "TwoKnives" dropped in.

I went on to assure him that there would be great interest in this re-built church, from people OUTSIDE his local community, and that in addition there would be outside funds becoming available too. He seemed more encouraged, and admitted that working on the construction was somewhat depressing without too many 'helpers' and supplies. I again 'saw' quite clearly, a 'community center', a 'focal point' for those who live near there, and that something good would result from all their efforts – and they would not be unappreciated ...

Later I checked out the website :

http://www.rebuildthechurch.com

I was very surprised to see that the site of this rebuilt church, is the Davidian property, in Waco, Texas, and the photos nearly show this description that 'nothing remained' of the town, just part of the church building. It was THE place destroyed in WACO, TX that we all saw on TV news after the tragedy ... the news item is that the church, and the town there are being rebuilt, with donations from around the world, according to their website. Small world ...

Psychic Car Diagnosis : January 2000

My wife's 1969 Cadillac Convertible just arrived from Arizona and I had done some general maintenance on it - the usual stuff, when we realized that the convertible top didn't work. The car dealer assured us it was a new top, and we wondered if there was something damaged in transport to Oregon. More likely, like some of the other mechanical problems, it hadn't worked in some time honestly.

I consulted the Internet, as an oracle' and discovered there were problems with small motors used for electric windows moving a huge convertible top. Logic implied the motors were the problem. A mechanic friend did suggest that there was a relay which actually enabled the motor and swapped motor windings to reverse motor direction. Also that there was possible an inline fuse, or fusable link which would fail if the convertible top ever got stuck ... so the quick search of available information suggested that a proper way to troubleshoot the system, since the car had a new battery just installed, was to start at the rear, checking fuses, wires, motors and relays and working toward the front of the car ...

My psychic 'take' said 'NO', and I began to completely disassemble the dashboard, removed - without testing – the directional dashboard switch and cables assemble, THEN used a multimeter ( borrowed ) to test the switch - which was completely dead. I replaced it with a $6.00 switch and reassembled it all and the convertible top works correctly on the classic car. There was no particular reason to begin to take apart the dashboard to remove the switch, other than 'it seemed the right thing to do' - I even later took it apart to verify the failure, and determine it's polarity function to find a proper replacement. The Psychic Ability again scores a success - a repair shop would probably not found it so easily, or began replacement without any prior testing ...In short, psychic 'hunches' work !

Police Undercover Pedestrian and Internet SPAM

There's always a story behind any story. One might think that a local
'incident' might not be a good topic of interest for a National Feature
column. Even my wife thought that I should write about my visit to an
Indian Reservation, along with the aerial contrails photo taken there.
And I may do that, but there is a larger story here, and it's about the
power of the Internet. Those who have written a 'letter to the editor'
of a local newspaper know the interest some topics can generate. Here
on the 'Net, a local story can have a national impact. In this case, the
real story is about Internet SPAM. The following reaction is from Roger
R. at the local Chamber of Commerce :
"In the best of worlds, if one was full of bile about something, one
would contact the appropriate person to discuss it, rather than spraying
that bile over a bunch of innocent townsfolk. Email is a curse as well as
a blessing and slow-loading html junk email a curse-squared."
Just how did this all happen, and what is it about? Here was the first
'mass mailing' followed by all the e-mail reactions ... I call it 'Police
Undercover Pedestrians' on the Oregon Coast. This comes to us from
a local businessperson, the first letter follows :

Two widely different interpretations, to be sure, both with a lot of thought
behind it. This is the kind of material that usually appears in a newspaper
although in this case, none of it did at all. The real SPAM began, in my
opinion, when this next letter arrived. One of the local business owners
sent out the following e-mail, again, to everyone on the large mailing list
without anything to add other than to promote his own business enterprise.
It's relatively easy for anyone to take an e-mail 'header' and create a mass
mailing 'list', for those new to the 'Net. The SPAM letter follows :

> From: "name deleted" ( address deleted )
> To: ( business mailing list header deleted )
> Subject: Re: Pedestrian Safety - Thanks for the FYI

Finally, the local Chamber of Commerce responded, again to the entire
'group' with the following letter, regarding SPAM and the use of member
mailing lists. This was the final mass mailing, which possibly went to even
more people ( the entire Chamber of Commerce list ) than any of the
previous ones did. The business owner who recieved all of these is no
longer an active Chamber Member, but received them all regardless ...
Here's that letter :

> Date: Tue, 26 Jun 2001 15:55:32 -0700
> Subject: Re: email abuse

There you have it -the 'incident' and it's aftermath. A chain reaction to one
person's visit to the Oregon Coast, not carried by any newspaper, but by the
Internet itself. With this story as this week's feature column here at the
Fantastic Forum ( www.fantasticforum.com ) it's now a national story. I
wouldn't be surprised if some International e-mails come through here now.
Remember my opening comments that the story behind the story in this case
is communication and the Internet itself. Did the incident go too far? Was
there any abuse? What would YOU do if you had received this series of
e-mails? The business owner got a surprise. Both the Chamber of Commerce
and the Chief of Police were notified before the writing of this article. The
business owner got a nearly blank e-mail with a ".gif" photo attached of a
'shortcut.gif', which was a Trojan/Virus. It had the return address of a friend
and local business owner also named in the mass mailing ... stay tuned.
Since I neglected to comment on the letter's topic, the 'sting', at all, I
could say that my contact with Bevy Jaegers at the PsiSquad ( located
at www.uspsisquad.com ), a national organization of Police Officers and
Private Investigators who use psychic ability in their daily work, that there
may be better uses of time and resources out there ;-)

My Interview with Peter Weissbach

Probably the question I'm asked the most is about my interview
as a guest on Peter Weissbach's "The Quest" national radio talk
show. Back in February I was a guest for an hour, primarily because
I had submitted several names of possible guests and Carla Weissbach
wanted some of my background info - I sent along my psychic stories
you've read two weeks ago here in this column. Figuring I'd be 'just
another psychic' to be interviewed, I was prepared to have fun. The
entire hour interview, in my opinion, didn't go too well ... let me take
a moment to give some of my background.

I have the handle 'radioman' because I've been a Ham Operator, like
Art Bell, for most of my life too, even an Advanced Class License like
Art has. Several years ago I hosted a live radio show, on FM, for three
years, before moving to Portland, Oregon. Since then, from 1995 on I've
been 'radioman' on the Internet, working on what is now my website of
www.psychicspy.com since that time, with some interesting BBS's and
other projects along the way ...

The last time I was interviewed on a National Radio Program was by
host David Oates ( www.reversespeech.com ) and Clyde Lewis. The
very fun three hour interview had me scrambling through some 600 pps
I had printed out from my website, in dozens of piles, ready to comment
on various conspiracy theories, and pop science of the day. I can't really
remember a more 'fun' time on the radio, so I was looking foreward to the
Peter Weissbach interview, since I'm a regular listener to his show, even
though I felt less 'qualified' as a guest since I had no books to sell ;-)

This time there were only a few notes in case the topic of my website
became insufficient, although with nearly 1,970 links and some 985 pps
of text on-site, there was certainly a lot of possible material to talk about,
realizing the focus would probably be on my personal experiences and
stories ...

Deciding it would be a lot of fun, I was perhaps not prepared enough
for what was to come. I had prepared a speech reversal of the opening
of Peter Weissbach's show, specifically the part, " ... what is the meaning,
the purpose of my life, and when I die ... ". It was a classic reversal which
revealed more than the show's preamble does, and was both confirming
and elaborating, in reverse, what is said forewards ...

I mentioned it at the onset, and Peter was shocked and said this was not
a show about Reverse Speech, and quickly moved on to discuss the first
point, of how Remote Sensing predates Remote Viewing, and what Remote
Sensing actually is, for a psychic. I suppose the hour was lost at that point,
and I realized I was 'just another psychic' for the remainder of the hour, and
a friend's interview, about Remote Viewing hadn't gone too well the week
before, I just tried to remain flexible and interesting, which is the kind of
talk radio I like to listen to - just to see where it goes ...

The reversal I discussed with David Oates later, a friend for many years,
like many from the Internet, who promised me an interview later the following
month. The reversal simply said, reversed, "meaning" from meaning, which
confirmed both forewards and backwards what Peter had said. Reversals in
a prepared "speech" are rare, but usually significant if you can find any, and
the "meaning" was in the following phrase " and purpose" which followed,
when played backwards - and there was more. The focus of the intro of the
show is on 'life after death', which more than half of the intro describes. You
can hear it nightly on "the Quest". The phrase "meaning" reverses to more than
just "meaning", which is significant. The reversal complete is "super-meanings"
which is both plural, and with the prefix "super", as in supernatural, or above
natural or beyond natural. In context, what Peter really 'means' is not the real
obvious focus on life after death, the soul, and continuance, but rather the most
important, for him, is the meaning(s) of THIS lifetime, this existance, it's true
and higher purpose NOW, and possible higher-self, multi-dimentional soul
activities IN THIS LIFETIME is what interests Peter most! I checked his bio
page on his website, and sure enough, his life took a real turn, after early
business success, and he's wondering if he's doing the 'best' with his lifetime
now, and it would seem asking that question is why he does the Quest radio
show now as a result of his own personal path or quest. There you have it,
a reversal, nearly identical both backwards and forewards, AND with even
more insight than "meaning" alone. It helps to be psychic and have some
similar 'life experiences', or 'pictures' to be able to interpret too as I've
discussed the psychic connection to Reverse Speech with David Oates
over the years. There is a great deal of little known writings from David
on my site if someone wants more information on speech reversals ...

Back to the interview, which I'd rate a C- for being interesting. Too much
time was spent by the host on questions about the differences between
remote sensing and remote viewing. I had submitted several paragraphs
which related to my personal psychic abilities, and the hour finally did
progress when the callers started in. In a future article I will give some
background from Joe McMoneagle about the latter days of the project,
and advanced meditations, free-form psychic ability and remote hearing,
all under the observational protocols of Remote Viewing at Fort Meade
during Project Stargate. After all, we are ALL psychic to some degree, and
remote viewing was SRI's way of studying the psychic 'guinea pigs' in an
attempt to find common ideas and possibly train others to develop their
abilities as well. It works, actually it all works, but I prefer the free-form
psychic ability to do 'intuition', 'readings' and psychometry, since I never
did better than 66% accuracy in strict Remote Viewing. If any method can
open up one's own abilities, who's to say that's not possibly the single most
important thing one can do in this lifetime? Do we really need to argue which
method are better? Whatever works for YOU is the best method - for YOU!

The callers were somewhat unenlightened, until one Police Officer called
in and admitted publically that his own psychic ability, his hunches, or whatever
it was, helped him greatly in his daily work. Bev'y Jaegers from the US Psi
Squad ( www.uspsisquad.com ) works with psychometry and remote viewing
and trains Police Officers and Private Investigators nationally, and it works.
I even met a woman, from Hayward, California, who had the same beginning
'psychic classes' at the Berkeley Psychic Institute that I did, who worked as
a staff psychic in a S.F. Bay Area Police Department to find Missing Persons -
but that's another story ...

Peter kept asking really silly questions about psychic spying, peeping tom,
and whether my wife, also a psychic, and I ever had sex in the Astral Plane.
Perhaps Peter was having an off day, I was taking myself too seriously, or
it was just not a good idea to do the interview, but the hour ground on, and
finally ended, me telling some rambling stories, and Peter being out of time ...

I still listen to the show, and most of the time, the interviews are really
enlightening, but I suppose they can't all be 'winners', and I'm relieved that
many friends missed that live brodcast, not one of my better interviews, and
certainly not even close to that David Oates / Clyde Lewis interview of a
couple years ago, three hours of the most entertaining radio I've ever had a
chance to be a part of ...

In closing, I should say that my association with David Oates, Robert A.M.
Stephens, and others has put me in the middle of things in times past, even
the 40 minute off-air phone call from Art Bell and many other correspondence
from Jeff Rense and others I can never publically talk about reming me that
in writing a column like this one, that there are many different approaches
to enlightment, and abilities like being psychic, and many hidden agendas
that most of us will never know about, like 'psychic hacking' I've referred
to before, and my past involvement in Search and Rescue and FEMA which
may become part of some future article someday ...

Keep an open mind - The Truth IS Out There ...

Lockpicking, David Oates and Art Bell

Hi from radioman :

Sorry for the delay ... it's been a wild summer so far ...
I visited New York City, New Jersey, and California and have
not had a lot of time to be writing articles ... add to that
most of my Internet time has been spent dealing with denial-
of-service attacks, and every possible email bomb, virus and
trojan - several times a day, every day ... guess someone was
a little pissed ;-) Tools like Norton Anti-Virus and Adeptec
GoBack are really useful, among others. The servers, e-mail
servers, and everything else is still up and running, including
three PCs. Just a waste of time, and no, I'm not impressed ...
Should anyone have any constructive comments, sending an e-mail
with a JPEG and no content, other than "WELL?" for a title will
be deleted unread, as is 99% of my email lately ... sorry ...

I've decided to write this column partially as a responce, to
let everyone know who might be 'grumpy' out there, Art Bell
included. Yes, some of the illiterate locals who frequent the
local newspaper didn't care for the article on Police Undercover
Pedestrians & Internet Spam - as expected. I gave Art Bell a psychic
reading about his back problems, perhaps also not well received, and
generally haven't been on the 'Net much anyway this Summer ...

Lockpicking is an art, not a science ... if anyone is interested
they can read the complete "MIT Guide to Lockpicking", a copy
of which is also at PSYCHICSPY.COM, among other places. As a
Licensed/Registered/Bonded Locksmith, I own perhaps 106 different
lockpicks from multiple sets - most of which are normally useless.
New sets are made all the time, like the 'computer picks' for
desktop locks on PCs - again, the tools are not magic - it's
an ART, people ... btw I grew tired of paying annual dues for a
decade to the Safe and Vault Technician's Association and the
Associated Locksmiths of America, and have dropped memberships
this year, as work on the remote Oregon Coast is rare in any
field of endeavor ...

Numerous books, like HPC professional publications, and textbooks
from England add little to the "MIT Guide" for content. Picking
locks is a result of telekinesis, a psychic ability, which is
why a locksmith spends 10-20 minutes on a lock, and my average time
was 7 seconds - a minute under very difficult circumstances - with
hand picks, no 'guns', motors, or vibrators, please ! So, it's not
the design of the tools in particular, more the way they are used.

I made three tools that fit into a hollowed out ballpoint pen,
one 'hook'/'rake' combination tool and two tension tools ( also
known as 'wrenches' ). I carry them constantly, and can easily
discard them in the nearest garbage can, if needed, as they can
be easily made. Many airports will find any metal tools easily,
so travelling may be slow through security gates. In Washington
D.C. lockpicks are illegal, period - since Watergate. So mere
possession is a criminal offense. For homemade tools, like picks
and tension tools, I use a spring metal strip found in the streets,
quite literally, from windsheild wiper blades - easily found,
thin, and about 1/8 " wide and 10 " long. The 'hook' is for
individually moving the pins in a lock cylinder, the tension
tools assist. Simple, but remember that a standard residential
door lock, and deadbolt, can be opened with wires, safety pins,
or paper clips - there is no magic in the tools, and some of
my fellow locksmiths never learn how to do lockpicking with
any tools available to the professional ...

The homemade tools, although seemingly a little slower without
the grip handles, work the same to 'exploit the weaknesses' in
every lock - in fact, lockpicking and hacking are very similar
both based on repetitive sequencial attacks, over and over,
unless one has a psychic 'knack' to succede nearly immediately.
I'm only mentioning all this as part of my stream of articles
on Psychic Ability, and while lockpicking can succede 'by-the-
numbers' it's extremely slow and frustrating, and those advanced
descriptions of 'bit key simulation', and multiple picking, and
reverse picking aren't really learnable techiniques, just someone
with psychic ability trying to pin down what he/she is actually
doing - true lockpicking is actually extremely fast and effortless.
I never carried a house key to my leased condo, just a pick set, and
opened my door daily for over two years - with no key, my option
would be to sleep in the car. Once resistor wires and a dartboard
dart worked when I forgot my tools, but it took an hour and fifteen
minutes that day ...

Regarding lockpicking, like hacking, or other 'topics', keep in
mind that some have a great deal of training, some just have a lot
of 'natural ability'. I've always had occasions to pick locks. Once
a church had an old storage chest with some thirty cassette recorders
and supplies inside, and wanted to use a sledgehammer to open it - I
was able to open it within a few minutes, using a pair of paper clips
and just in time for their appearence to use that evening for some
readings. If they ever found that key, they could re-lock the chest,
otherwise they still had a good place to store those recorders ...

I also, as a Ham Radio Operator, have a good 'ear', and a talent
for hearing 'Speech Reversals'. I hadn't heard much since David Oates
moved back to Australia, but he remembered me from several years on
the Internet as a Reverse Speech hobbiest. I still have a great deal
of material on PSYCHICSPY.COM for those interested. Someone who we
all know, and who is credited with ending the Art Bell Lawsuits, one
Joe Oddo, hasn't been heard from in over 10 months. Joe sent me an
e-mail to say 'howdy', and I wrote David Oates, who graciously replied
that he is well too, and quite busy with classes, and training his
students in Australia now. He was sorry to hear about Art Bell's
back problems, and admitted he's had little or no contact with
anyone here in the States, other than those who say hello, like Joe
and I did. David Oates sounds well and happy, and some may remember
that he wanted his girls to attend High School there in Australia,
so, lawsuits or not, some of us weren't surprised when he moved back
home to 'oz' ...

Which brings me to Art Bell ... I had sent him a psychic reading,
which, in summary said that his continuing back problems are karma
related, not from that fall/injury years ago. I never heard a reply,
but suggested he get a reading from Ed Dames, Sean David Morton, or
someone he trusts. I rarely do personal readings, anyway. It seems
fairly certain that most of the trouble in the past had been put
to rest, or forgotten, by everyone else, but psychic pain is as real
as any other ...

Think about it ...

All for now ...

The Police State is Already Here ...

Hi from radioman :

Certainly no one is happy about the events of terrorist attacks over the past couple of
days, but Art Bell and others have been warning about a potential 'backlash' over the
situation, and a loss of more personal freedoms. Seems America is ready to trade for
security, but that extra hour at the Airport, and the ban on knives, screwdrivers, other
tools, even plastic picnicware in that carry-on might get YOU a bad day at the Airport
sometime soon ... is it worth the price ? Are we already a Police State ? For some totally
inexplicable reason, this article was destroyed, and I'm attempting to re-write it today, while
no other computer/data loss is evident - way weird ...

I suppose this means I'll no longer carry lockpicks through airport security, since, like
small screwdrivers and plastic spoons, they could be considered a 'weapon' - especially
hard to explain a lockpick and two tension tools contained within a ball-point pen ;-)
From now on, should anyone need an emergency lockout, they'll have to call a local
locksmith from the Yellow Pages, and while a small difference, imagine how many
other potential volunteers will need to refrain from helping others while travelling, due
to 'metal mania' from Airport Security Detectors ... good grief !

Seems Medical Doctors now refrain to answer any emergency calls 'on the road' for
insurance reasons these days - another casulity of our New Society - they won't say
or admit their medical knowledge, I'll have to let someone else 'help' - part of the cost of the
'new security' at airports, since I wouldn't want my tool kits consficated before every flight ...

It goes far beyond that even, because at one time the metal detectors at SFO were SO
sensitive, that a penny, a belt clip, or yes EVEN boots would trip the detectors - I am already
tired of being singled-out at airport security and given that 'look', as hand wands and 'pat downs'
happen every flight because my waterproof dress boots have metal zippers which set off the
detectors. The absurdity can only increase as bolder measures happen - looking through every
carry-on bag for plastic spoons and picnicware from 'terrorists' - enjoy your air travel with an
extra hour of pre-boarding time, and open season on, God forbid, that McDonald's happy meal
toy with the battery and blinking LEDs inside ... beware America !

As far as psychic premonitions, I didn't sleep well the night of the attack on NYC, was awake
for 'no reason' in the early morning hours, and angry/upset since for days the feeling of 'not
being able to trust people' kept cropping up ... the latest incident was a $4.00 car radio purchase
at a Church rummage sale - which, for some premonition reason, I went to great lengths to fuse,
make direct battery clips, speaker disconnects, as I was 'expecting' it to fail -- in short, it drew
an amazing current, and 'smoked' within seconds - a dead short on the truck battery - no truck
radio for me this month I suppose ... it should have been discarded before anyone saw it, and I
even went to lengths to verify the power connections, voltage, and connectors by partial
disassembly before the 'smoke test', and was aware some European radios operate on a positive
ground setup ... poof, as if it was a surprise ...

Another psychic told me that they had 'seen' the President being 'whisked away' to a command
center for something 'big'. The DATE seemed significant, and we concluded that the attacks
were over, based on the date, that 'emergency day', or 9/11, had ended ... as in most psychic
interpretations, the analytical mind tries to make sense of the 'data stream'. As Major Ed Dames
says, to simply 'stop' there ... turns out the date WAS significant, as September 11th is the
birthday of Mohammed. Wow - like Christmas Day for some of the rest of us ... think about that ...

I'll not stand on the Soap Box any longer, but watch our personal freedoms erode away soon
in many areas, because of a few people's acts. Prepare for the New State, and have I.D. and
be prepared to explain WHY you are doing anything ... as a friend said, 'no picnic ahead'.

Here is that e-mail - enjoy :

Subject: Aerial Surveillance using SAR
Date: Sun, 09 Sep 2001 23:39:43

Dear Psychicspy:

My, what a staggering compendium of surveillance technology you’ve put together. My small
addition on aerial surveillance doesn’t carry the weight of a published article or have the authority of
an investigative report, but my 2-year, desultory, fact-finding adventure satisfies me, even if it’s not
scientifically rigorous. The very lack of published material on aerial-surveillance activities and
capabilities by the press lends credence to my assertion that aerial surveillance is a black SAP
(Special Access Program) brought to you by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Aerial
surveillance comes in several primary flavors: low-light TV, infrared and SAR (Synthetic Aperture
Radar). To see some of the mapping uses and capabilities of SAR, go to :

http://www.sandia.gov/radar/sar.html.

ISAR (Interferemetric SAR), microwave imaging radar, is so discriminating that it can identify a
Megan's-Law offender on the street, or even an alleged offender such as myself, being merely
suspected of having written suggestive material to an underage girl.

I realize now that the government phone tap started a fistful of years ago, dating from when I could
no longer pick up my phone before the second ring without getting disconnected. But it began in
earnest in June of 1999 when helicopters started following my car, immediately after the state
inspection. As soon as I figured it out, I tore the car apart looking for the transmitter, and it soon
occurred to me that a transmitter would require power from the battery, and indeed, I was able to
trace a current drain with the ignition off to three sources: the computer, the radio and the buzzer
module. I also discovered something interesting about the current drain of the computer. I snipped
each of the wires until I had isolated the current drain to a pair of wires that exhibited a remarkable
property: if you broke either circuit to insert an ammeter, the current drain switched to the other
wire. Unfortunately, I couldn't drive without the computer, but I could do without the curtesy circuit
that contained the radio, buzzer and interior lights. I think it was the very day that I isolated the
current drain that I bumped into a friend. When I told him I could pull helicopters out of my pocket,
he gave me a chance to prove it. We hopped in and cruised down to South Philly where sure
enough, we picked up a couple of copters. One came in close and began circling about half a mile
out. When the helicopter was almost directly in front I turned to my friend and said, "watch what
happens when I pull this fuse." Within two seconds the helicopter stopped circling, rotated to face us
and stood stock still in the sky. I drove on for a couple of blocks and then said, "O.K. now watch
what happens when I put it back in." Sure enough, the same thing happened in reverse. I had my first
convert on the spot.

My ‘91 Ciera obviously isn't equipped with the new "On-Star" system for communication directly
with satellites, but the day I rented a new car I satisfied my hunch that the planes could follow rental
cars right out of the lot, tied to a credit-card number. In addition to being tracked from the sky, I
was suspicious of a rash of new "streetlight boxes" appearing all over the city which are about the
size of a football with an antenna pointing straight down and mounted just behind and below the
streetlight itself. These boxes were cropping up at odd locations: along the exit ramps of all the major
traffic arteries, along the main streets in the toughest sections of the city and bracketing me in my
neighborhood. From their locations I was pretty sure they were for tracking cars that put out signals
like mine, and my theory was confirmed by a Peco-Energy technician in center city--I got lucky. The
fellow I stopped drove the only cube van I've seen since then having one of the receiving antennas
which he pointed out. He told me that the boxes were put up by the streetlight department for
tracking cars similar to LOJACK. He showed me a short antenna on his window post that could
pick up the same signals as the boxes, and said that his system would beep when he went past a car
that was broadcasting. Since then, I’ve learned that the official word is that the streetlight boxes are
for wireless Internet. In an aside, I was told by another technician that eventually, all the home utility
meters would be read by satellite. This way the NSA can know every time you flush the toilet.

It wasn't more than a month before I couldn't get out from under helicopters, props, military aircraft
and airliners wherever I drove, walked or rode my bicycle. I discovered that there is no losing them
on a bus with those big numbers painted on top, but I could get a temporary reprieve on the subway
until they inevitably found me again. I soon bought a video camera and a 35 mm with a 500 zoom to
record this surreal turn in my life. Since then I’ve taken boxes of photographs and shot hundreds of
hours of video which I've condensed into two 6 hr VHS tapes--just say the word and I'll send
copies.

But it wasn't until sometime this summer that I discovered just how they’re doing it. While pondering
over a stack photographs from the middle of the year 2000, it dawned on me. A number of the
airliners from that time period showed pairs of patches along the bottom of the fuselage, one forward
of the wings, and other aft, and it struck me that I was looking at a coat of primer paint over newly
installed Interferemetric SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) receiving antennas. No wonder I couldn’t
find camera windows on any of the jet airliners. Previously, however, I HAD discovered domed
camera windows on the de Havilland Dash 8 "feeder" props, located just below where the root of
the vertical stabilizer meets the fuselage, and indeed the Dash 8 holds a special role in the
aerial-surveillance campaign. The Dash 8's appear to be the point planes in the surveillance
campaign, at least in the Philadelphia Area. I've deduced that their video imagery is superior to SAR
on clear days, with the additional advantage of being smaller and quieter than the jetliners so they
can fly lower without attracting attention. I believe their cameras are used to obtain a positive visual
identification for the purpose of establishing an SAR profile-of-the-day, that is, a radar profile of the
target with his attire and baggage that can be fed to the airliners along with his current GPS
coordinates. The "Traffic Watch" props form another leg to the program, prowling the county at
even lower altitudes than the Dash 8s. Traffic Watch supposedly looks for traffic tie ups, but in my
experience, they’re much more interested in my whereabouts than in the traffic conditions along the
Schuylkill Expressway. Next comes the helicopter contingent, which includes police, medivac,
military and "media" copters. Actually, none of the media copters are owned by the networks, just
leased, so while the media is knowledgeable and complicit, they aren't performing the surveillance
themselves. Private citizens flying for the Civil Air Patrol form the fifth

The vast majority of my 35 mm snaps were of US Airways aircraft, which is to be expected in the
Philadelphia Area since Philly Intl. is one of their major hubs. Northwest and UAL were represented
in lesser numbers. Completely absent, however, were any Delta Airlines aircraft, although Newark,
NJ is a major hub. Two more oddities pointed toward Delta’s possibly being the odd man out. Delta
obtains a far smaller percentage of Revenue mysteriously from the unexplained category "Other
Revenue," which I’ve long suspected is derived from surveillance, and thirdly, I noticed on their
website that they fly to Moscow. On a hunch, I went onto the largest aeronautical bulletin board,
airliners.net, and posted that I was interested in flying directly to Russia, "what American airlines flew
there directly?" And the answers were, "Delta Airlines," "only Delta flies direct to Russia." Then,
being a "blabbermouth" I replied, "Yeah, because Delta's the only US airline without SAR. Can you
imagine what the Russians would do if they got a hold of a US Airways, UAL or Northwest
airliner?" A couple of respondents with western-sounding names ignored the comment, agreeing that
only Delta flew direct. Then I got an irate respondent with a Russian-sounding name, who had no
idea what I was talking about. And finally, came my big break. A Westerner responded with the
comment, "Yeah, like the Europeans and Asians don't have that technology"--bingo!, I was right. To
read my exchange for yourself, go to:

http://airliners.net
Select "Aviation Forum" on the right;
select "Civil Aviation."
Next select "Search";
enter "Mr Guppy" with no period after Mr;

and change "Last Two Weeks" to "All Dates."

Finally there's a limited protest in print and on TV existing at the boardroom level in the international
community and at lower levels in the film industry that I call "The Brotherhood." Yes, this program is
international: I wasn't sure until I went to London where I was pursued by airliners after being
identified by a pair of circling helicopters which I captured on video. The secret handshake of The
Brotherhood is a view of the sky that you'd only get when traveling at jet speed with clouds racing
by in apparent fast motion, hence fast-motion clouds. Watch for fast-motion clouds in TV
commercials, network programming, PBS specials and sponsorship spots. In magazine ads, look for
pictures showing altogether too much sky with copious quantities of fluffy clouds. OK, that’s
Hollywood, but how can I tell if an area is targeted for surveillance in the real world?

These are the telltale signs of aerial surveillance:
1) Dramatically increased air traffic over a previously quiet area.
2) Converging air traffic at one geographical point, that is, crossing patterns.
3) A location that attracts aircraft of all kinds from single-engine props to military aircraft, news
helicopters and passenger airliners.
4) Whining aircraft engines for harassment effect.

I know in my heart that much of the recent increase in aircraft lateness can be attributed to zigzag
approach patterns designed to surveil on multiple GPS locations. The next time you're in the air,
notice how long, low and slow your plane approaches the airport and how often and how sharply it
turns in doing so, and just imagine your pilot racking up points for positive identifications that convert
to dollars in his paycheck while you miss your connecting flight.

The Brotherhood won’t overturn aerial surveillance and may not even have this as its objective, but
they can expose the issue if they choose to do so.

WEBMASTER
Psychic Stock Day-Trading ...
Thu Nov 1 18:45:58 2001

I am writing this article for Ellie Crystal's readers. I was
never interested in stocks before, and at age 49 perhaps it's
a little late to be starting a new 'job' of Stock Trading, and in
the wake of the events of 9/11, the recession, and other bad news
it's a really bad time to invest in stocks - or is it? To the Day Trader,
there are always opportunities to make something, they say ...
I made $26,700.00 last WEEK in three day-trades, and have
been averaging over $11,300.00 a week for the last two months
as I began on September 17th. I am a 'natural' psychic, who
was convinced that stock trading couldn't 'work', and Major
Ed Dames says that you can't remote view NUMBERS ... well
it's not that simple. Ed has been in touch lately, and was quite
impressed, especially since I explained that I'm viewing 'trends',
and stock charts, not specific numbers themselves. He admits
he knows of others doing the same thing too. I will try to explain
HOW I do this, and keep in mind I'm not selling anything, and in
fact my website, www.psychicspy.com, set up in 1995 to show
that it's possible to 'remote view' many 'classified documents'
easily obtained through the Internet from Military/Govt servers.
It's been a hobby these many years in an attempt to prove that
psychic ability is real, works, can be relied upon, and applied to
many 'targets', as they say in remote viewing, to find anything
and lately, it would seem, to find stock trends (up/down) some
twenty minutes BEFORE they actually happen ...

Recently we had a new baby, and at the same time my investment
income went from $88K+, to $43K last year, to a projected $13K this
year, putting us at the poverty level for the first time, coupled with
the lower interest rates and the fact that my wife's business closed
a year ago, to stay home and take care of our new baby, which we
do full time. Talk about motivation ... I even opened a brokerage
account some 11 months ago, simply earning Money Market interest
with hopes to find some good Mutual Funds to increase our income.
We never did, and the account was nearly dormant until after 9/11. If
the e-mail I get from skeptics could be simplified, it would be "if you
are such a good psychic, how come you're not rich?". After years
of defending myself from attacks by 'professional' skeptics, I've often
wondered that myself ... I may not care for the professional skeptic's
hard-line attitude to discount EVERYTHING, but the challenge from
the Amazing Randi still goes unanswered, and I know many who could
easily win the challenge, if any of us wanted to play the 'prove-it' game
anymore ... still rich IS better than poor, for the chance to travel, learn,
and explore does sometimes have a price in the real world ...

Thinking back I suppose I can't count all the thousands of hours spent
on building PSYCHICSPY.COM over the years since '95, but few of the
hardcore believe I use psychic ability to find things. Most assume I'm a
good hacker. Believe me, nearly all of what I found was sitting on FTP
file servers, without any password protection / security for ANYONE to
stumble upon. Like a P.I. I've always had a 'knack', and am positive
that finding things that 'should never be found' are from psychic
ability alone. Back to the stocks - my history as a psychic is written
up at the "Confessions of a Psychic" link at my main website. I talk
about nearly a lifetime of trying to supress natural psychic ability,
be a 'skeptic' despite all the useful psychic 'warnings' I received
over the years, and the price paid to ignore all of it for 'science' was
God, and the paranormal just too 'weird' then ... well now I'm still
growing, and developing my talents at precognition, psychometry,
telekinesis, communicating with guides, remote viewing, reverse
speech and other aspects of the paranormal in MY life ... Ellie's site
at www.crystalinks.com is an excellent resource for anyone wanting
to develop their own natural abilities, and Ellie has encouraged me to
write - in fact some 900 pages over the years, and I thank her for that !

Is this a bad time for the stock market? Here is a typical story that
would explain why YOU might never want to try the Stock Market
with your 'hunches', yet we ALL do have some psychic ability to a
greater/lesser degree. Ask Joe McMoneagle or David Morehouse ...

- "What was the reason the bull market ended? It was
- primarily the realization that stock prices were way
- too high in relation to their earnings. Corporate
- profits are currently falling so fast that stocks
- are more overvalued than ever. It was reported in
- Bill Bonner's Daily Reckoning that following
- yesterday's rally (October 25, 2001) the P.E. on
- the S&P 500 reached its highest level ever, at 36!"
-
-" Investors are pushing stock prices up as earnings
- are coming down. We believe this can't last for
- much longer. Either earnings will rise sharply or
- stock prices will fall. Our bet is on the latter."
-
- "Fred Hickey, editor of the High Tech Strategist,
- believes that stock valuations are double the
- levels where they should be. He sees the Dow falling
- to 5000 and Nasdaq below 1000 before the bear market
- ends. To back up his predictions, Hickey rattles off
- a few eye-opening statistics. The total valuation of
- U.S. stocks (approximately $11 trillion currently) is
- nearly 120% of the value of this nation's GDP, with
- the historical average being just 54%. Prior to the
- late-1990's mania prices, the all-time high in this
- indicator (81%) occurred in August 1929, just prior
- to the crash; every historical yardstick used over
- the decades to value stocks provides the same answer.
- Hickey feels price/sales and price/book ratios all
- show that stocks are at least two times overvalued."

While I'm not saying this may not come to pass someday, I'd
like to think the 'market correction' happened on 9/11 and will
continue to go up from here. Psychic stock investing says you
can make money whether the market goes up OR down - for the
'day trader' who buys a stock and sells it ten minutes later, it
matters not, and I've made more money on 'bad' days than 'good'
ones, catching small peaks during an otherwize bad 'falling' day
as long as I 'know' what's coming in 20 minutes. Then it's a matter
of waiting for it to happen. If you follow newsletters, online advice
chat rooms or other Internet 'tools' you would probably be afraid to
invest in anything ... I sure was. It used to be a 5 minute precognitive
glimpse of the future when I started. Now the 20 minutes 'advance
warning' can cause me to 'mess up' if I act too soon. I'm doing what
David Morehouse refers to as 'Extended Remote Viewing' and Joe
McMoneagle called a 'free form style' - like all natural psychics do ...
All the Internet tools, including those Real-Time quotes, stock
scanners, etc are nearly useless - and charts help me see where
I did good looking back on a trading day ...

So how do I do it ? I don't actually trade via the Internet, but by phone
to an automated system with my discount broker. I can buy at open, and
travel all day, use the Wireless Web enabled Internet Cellular Phone for
real-time quotes and sell 'on the road' if need be. In a typical day I'm up
at 5:00 AM (Pacific) watching Bloomberg TV on satellite, online by 6:00 AM
with charts, streaming real-time multiple quotes from money.net, and checking
CNET for some research, news and Prophet Charts. Typically I trade one
day a week, and watch the other days - same routine. I make a buy, hold
for a short time ( 5 minutes, 20 minutes, even an hour ) then sell and rarely
'buy again' within the same day. Occasionally I trade several days a week
depending on how I 'feel' about it. I made $26,700.00 this week on three
day trades, but I have held a stock an entire week trying to regain my
initial investment too. I prefer stocks which are growing, on the 'uptrend'
and will 'cover' any mistakes I make if I hold long enough ...

I 'buy low / sell high' - with no margin, limits, puts, etc - all day orders,
all real time, like any other trader. Timing is EVERYTHING, and I have reduced
potential losses from $3,300-$4,500 down to under $1500 by timing the loss
'sell' at it's peak too ! After some $90,000 gain and 8 weeks of trading it's going
quite well and without psychic ability I would simply be guessing if a low
point is on it's way down lower, or a bottom to buy at on it's way up now ...

Even the idea 'buy on a rumor, sell on the news' has merit. There are many
strategies, and while I have 'held' a stock for 5 minutes, and traded more than
once a day, I'm not a true 'day trader' if I buy near close and sell after the
market opens the next day. The only rule : there are no rules ! What I look for
is simply this :

Any stock that is generally on an 'uptrend', has a very high volume per day,
and fluctuation EVERY day, and closes near where it opens ( opening price ).
I watch the bid/ask and chuckle, but truly make my picks psychically, for any
other way is foolish gambling ! If a stock has at least one good fluctuation in
one day per week, of 2% or more, it makes my list. The psychic part is which
day to buy/sell and exactly WHEN. It just works ! In my case that one trade within
a day, of a 2% fluctuation, is $10,000 and I'm done for the week, if so inclined.
Usually a stock, like AOL Time Warner, will fluctuate from 2%-4.5% or more in
a day and close nearly where it started. I've seen it move a point and a half,
which is $1.50 per share in a day, and close up $4.00 after a few days. Land's
End, Schwab, and others frequently do too. How do you find 'em ?

I'm currently trying out a program, Scan Wizard 2.0 found through a google.com
search. It rates some 4,000 stocks for open/close prices for a year ( little help
to real day traders ). Still it shows a list of several which if traded more than weekly
say some 78 times in the past year, produced over 100% return-on-investment.
You should start with these, a 'watch list', since I'll probably get 108% by this time
next year, or 9% a month, which beats any interest rate, real estate or anything
else, even in a recession and bad economy ! Imagine what good times might
produce ! In addition to AOL, I'm watching AZO, CMVT, NBR, BRCD, CMGI, JNPR,
LVLT, RFMD as well as favorites LE, SCH, and SCHL. The 100%ers per year are
still out there, and the chances for a 2% 'wiggle' in a week are good !

In closing, nothing beats the fun of a new baby, or closing a successful business
and moving on, and other things not stock-related. One's spiritual path should be
the first priority. I became a Licensed/Bonded Locksmith many years ago because
of an uncanny ability for telekinesis; lock picking. Psychic ability manifests in many
ways in all of our lives. Places like the Church of Divine Man can help teach you
how to develop YOUR own natural psychic abilities too. And the Internet can help too !
While there is little time these days for e-mail, and updating my websites, I hope this
story has inspired some of you. I always give free readings, if asked, in person and
never imagined I could have a large income because of psychic ability. I never gamble
nor do I have an interest in doing so. I've learned a great deal from David Morehouse's
books, as well as Joe McMoneagle. I recommend Psychic Warrior and Joe's first book
on Remote Viewing, Mind Trek. LEARN all you can. Remember Major Ed Dames advice
on analytical overlay is when the mind, trying to make sense out of streaming raw
psychic data then 'interprets', analyses, and gets-in-the-way of more data coming
through. Also remember Robert Monroe said one's own personal belief system is
THE thing that will get in the way of psychic functioning. We all have a gift, and
whatever uses we choose to put them to is our decision. I used to stare at endless
shelves of CD's waiting for the 'one' I wanted, by name, to 'reveal itself' from across
the store. It always did. Think less about 'why' it works, and just 'do'. You are your
own worst enemy when it comes to sabotage of your own natural gifts, more so
than any 'professional skeptic' you will never please. Think about it ... happy trading !
